Post-Workout Berry Superfood Smoothie #Recipe


Coconut water
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 raspberries
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup spinach
1/2 of a banana

Full recipe from :

pour coconut water into ice cube trays the night before and freeze (keep these on hand for any other smoothies!)
Add coconut water ice cubes and all other ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth
