1 cup chopped, pitted dates
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup mashed banana (about 1/2 of a medium banana)
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons water
4-5 packets stevia (natural, plant based sweetener) (about 2 tsp)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Add everything except chocolate chips to a food processor, and pulse until a dough forms. Add more water if too thick, and more sweetener to taste (if needed). Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into 32 1" balls and store covered in the refrigerator.
